Shop Policies

 Please note that these are handmade earrings and may have slight imperfections. Each item is unique and no two are the same! 

Caddington Clay has a 5-7 business day processing time. Some items (I.e. mystery boxes) have a shorter window to process, but please allow 5-7 business days before inquiring as to whether your item has shipped or not. 

Custom Orders:
Custom Orders are taken on a case by case basis and have a two week window for processing and designing before a proof is provided to the client. 50% payment is required up front and the final amount will be invoiced upon delivery of custom pieces.

Caring for your clay jewelry:
- Clay is durable and lightweight, but can break if handled in a improperly 
- Do not get your clay jewelry excessively wet. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean to remove any dirt from jewelry.

Returns and exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Any damage done by obvious wear and tear will not be considered for a return
- If your item is damaged in shipping please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of damage
